"She's a very talented artist and one of my favorites. I think if she had to do it again, would - and should have been - in a more controlled environment in which at least would not have had the children caught outside guard, "said Caraway.

Interestingly, Badu, a mother of three children, said he did not even think about how their actions would offend children or parents.

"I tried my good intentions telepathically communicate with them," he said. "That's all I could do, and I hoped that there would be traumatized."

I think she was blinded by her own interests. Badu, you see, is like many artists - quick to tell the rest of us who just do not understand when something offends's rude, crude, vulgar or otherwise socially unacceptable.

Instead, they hide behind their art, they often put on a pedestal while critics paint a broad brush and ugly.

The only thing that matters, of course, is that it was good for them.

"I had a paradigm shift, of sorts," said Badu.

Unfortunately, some people were forced to witness what she calls a "contagious act of liberation and freedom" and a stand against the "groupthink."

He took the Dealey Plaza because "the grassy knoll was the most monumental of Dallas," he said.
